Caracalistan

Overview
Caracalistan was a nation in the south-west, located in the West Sea. Caracalistan is widely known for being the successor to Ozai and the reason of many political conflicts, in which war crimes were committed.
History
Founding
WorkablePuffin created a direct successor to Ozai, in distaste with the fact that Ozai has ceased to exist.
Emergence of Floppaism
On November 4, 2020, WorkablePuffin declared that "CARACALISTAN HAS BEEN FOUNDED. BUILT UPON THE ASHES OF OZAI. WE WORSHIP THE CARACAL AND BUILD COOL STUFF." The nation then took on its new name and adopted Floppaism as their state religion, revering a cat known as Big Floppa. Floppaism would serve as one of the reasons they engaged and started the Jugoslav-Caracali War, in which both nations, that is Jugoslavija and Caracalistan had to suffer greatly.
War Preparations
Caracalistan began preparations for the upcoming war with Jugoslavija, as multiple war advisors suggested, and successfully predicted. Inside Caracalistan, there was an on-going conflict between whether or not to declare war on Jugoslavija, as the Caracalis were mainly seeking vengeance for the Black Hand's actions, as they never received proper reparations and/or a apology. They deemed this as a proper reason and, would later on, have this leaked to the public, only to declare war on Jugoslavija sooner.
War with Jugoslavija

In late November 2020, Jugoslavija and Caracalistan had a dispute over a NELT line used by Jugoslavija that Caracalistan had blocked. Although the conflict initially appeared to be resolved, the Caracalis didn't completely fix the NELT, and tensions reflared after diplomatic pressure from Jugoslavs increased and an anonymous leak claimed Caracalistan was preparing for invading Jugoslavija. The Caracalistan government refuted these allegations and claimed them a provocation from the enemy, using it as a justification to conduct a griefing spree in Jugoslavija.

The Ozan Marine Raiders would be greatly known for the main cause of the Lazarica zoo burning, alongside (almost) every animal inside of it being murdered.
Ozan Engineer Corps
The Ozan Engineer Corps would be known for their extensive production of TNT, one of their notable members was haddock7.
