Overview

At the start of the Barren Period of the First Era, the Taco Bell Conference was held at an IRL Taco Bell to distribute the South Sea Coalition's land between Montrose, HUM, and Rhett. Rhett was give all the Water Boys' land while Montrose and HUM split the Dark Forest Investment Co.'s land between themselves. Finally, Icedale Proper was not distributed among the three nations at this time.
