Chipt is the Jugoslavijan Secretary of Public Relations and a resident of the state of Cascadia. He is known for his planning and work on the NELT, as well as his work on Cascadia Polls.
History
Chipt joined the server on March 17th, 2020, after being recruited by FlyingGMM to join Montrose, which he joined a day later.
On April 10th, he created the city of Cascadia, an autonomous community on the western border of Montrose.
On April 28th, he became the Goomlandian Co-Minister of Propaganda (along with DoctorProck), marking his status as the only player to be in the government of two different nations.
During the Balkan Troubles, he became a secret agent on behalf of Sylvia to find inside information about Crna Ruka (the Black Hand). In a staged incident, he was caught allegedly stealing gear and valuables from Montrose to give to Crna Ruka, and kicked out from Sylvia. Though these efforts did not come to fruition, peace was reached and Chipt was readmitted to Sylvia with the Hero of the Union award.
On June 8th, he spontaneously left Montrose out of boredom, resigning his Sylvian delegacy and ownership of city of Cascadia. He soon became a resident of the Kingdom of Vailan with hopes to build villages and farms. However, a period of inactivity resulted in him doing almost nothing in Vailan, and he left before being sworn in as a member.
The same day, June 27th, he rejoined Montrose in order to participate in its NELT company, anticipating the restructuring caused by the Nether Update.
On August 1st, the nation of Cascadia was formed under Chipt's leadership. Weeks later, the state was incorporated into the newly reformed kingdom of Yugoslavia.
