Ilyria was a nation formed in late November 2019. It is populated by a people called I∫ỹrians. The nation is friendly towards others, but does not shy away from fighting if threatened. It borders Sylvia to the east and Vailan to the north. The nation disbanded 22.12.2019 and merged into the Vailan

History

The state's founding period was chaotic, involving numerous name changes, relocations and even a minor military clash with the short-lived New Luca City (which later reintegrated into Lucagrad). It eventually settled into the area abandoned by the former state of New Mesa, developing the surrounding countryside and the capital city, and came to be called Ilyria. However, it's openness to new members resulted in spies and traitors entering it's ranks, and Ilyria was betrayed from within by a Progerian mole, who had the city looted and raided in the leader's absence. Whilst the Ilyrian allies rallied fast and a followup punitive war devasted Progeria, this caused doubt in the Ilyrian minds and lead to another eventual migration. Ilyria abandoned the Mesa and sought out new lands East of Sylvia, within the territory formerly held by the now-defunct Vanskovich.

Ilyrian founding (17.11.2019)

Ilyria is first created in 17th November 2019 by MiksaSerbia.They settled near Southern Vailan, near Lucagrad. This territory claim was highly disliked by Guptacakeman, the leader of New Luca City (NLC). NLC wanted half of territory of the this new naiton, but leader of Ilyria refused, and then NLC declared war on Ilyria. Ilyria was supported by multiple established nations, and after some time Guptacakeman gave up. Because of the war Ilyria, decided to move to more peaceful lands. They settled in FunkyLand.

Ilyrian-NLC War

The Ilyrian-NLC war was the first conflict involving Ilyria. It was a clash involving New Luca City, who was lead by GuptaCakeMan. Ilyria's whole first day on the server was spent in war against Gupta and his nation. MiksaSerbia, the leader of Ilyria had settled in today Southern Vailan and immediately fight after the land of Ilyria was wanted by NLC for it's further expansion and some projects. Ilyria refused to give the land, subsiquently starting a war with NLC, in which NLC proceed to burn Ilyrian forests. After some time searching for MiksaSerbia, Gupta gave up. The next day, New Luca City was later reintegrated into Lucagrad, and Ilyria migrated to the South.

Middle History

After settling in the south-west, Ilyria decided to acquire claims. Ilyria claimed one island near it's capital, known as Japanese Island (Urice), today what is Seicho. By that time the Ilyrian castle had been built, MiksaSerbia had plans to make city on water called Atlantis. However, due to Miksa gettin a new PC and his old one being down, he couldn't play for week. After the break, MiksaSerbia decided to move again, this time to the mesa.

Old Ilyria

Old Ilyria is the name for mesa period of Ilyria. Ilyria was settled at mesa bordering Grove Tribe and one time Gayrden.Ilyria in that time was unstable due to it's frequent changes of mind. In that time Ilyria had plans to build Pyramids and Tower of Wisdom. Ilyria was good exporter of gold and iron to the other nations especially GoomLandia and Grove Tribe. Ilyrian mines were rich and full of gold. Old Ilyria had 3 members who were I_Eat_Soccerball and The_Twerker. Both of new members were inactive and did not had any activity in the server and the nation. After some time Ilyria welcomed new member called Keetsu, during the night when leader was offline Keetsu killed all mobs and stole all items from chests in Ilyria. Next day leader of Ilyria, MiksaSerbia declared a war on Keetsu's new nation Progeria. Sylvian Union and Goomlandia arrived to help Ilyria raid and raid was successful. Leader of Ilyria, MiksaSerbia decided to move in some better land for better life and he moved Ilyria to the far west in today Ilyria, bordering Montrose,Vailan and small exclave Gimnkrasni.

Modern Day (or Present) History

Today Ilyria is peaceful nation who regard the spirits of the holy nature, Ilyria is located in the far west bordering Montrose,Vailan and small exclave Gimnkrasni. Ilyria have good terrain covered with forests (Birch,Oak and Spruce) and some smaller part with the swamps. Modern Day Ilyria is allied with Grove,Tribe,Sylvia and GoomLandia for better security and protection again'st the raiders and aggressive nations. It's exporting Emeralds and helping other countries for better future. Ilyria became Vailanish satellite state on 16th December 2019.

Ilyria becoming satellite state

Ilyria became satellite state to Vailan, 16th November 2019. After long independent history Ilyria decided to become Vailanish satellite state for protection and better future of both nations. Vailan is helping Ilyria in protection of it's lands and equipment.

Ilyrian-Progerian War

Ilyrian progerian war started when Progerian leader Keetsu betrayed and raided Ilyria. Next day leader of Ilyria MiksaSerbia declared a war and Ilyria and it's allies raided Keetsus settlement which caused Progeria to move away. After some time passed Ilyria didn't get preparations from Progeria and Progeria refused and ignored Ilyria for reparations. Ilyria declared a war on Progeria 11th December 2019 and it's leader was headed to attack Progerian Illegal settlement in Vailan. The first attack was when MiksaSerbia shooted Keetsu and Keetsu right after that retreated and left the server, Miksa and it's volunteer Doctor_Prock retreated and awaited for the next day. Right after Miksa left the server Keetsu and some of his members logged in and Started raiding Ilyria and other nations. Vailan,GoomLandia,Ilyria and Sylvia was the victims of it and Ilyrian city Amegakure got burned and villagers killed like in other nations. After their raid allies attacked Progeria and head of Montrose FlyingGMM banned all progerians for breaking the rules. Ilyria and other successfully won the war and Ilyria rebuilded it's city right next day.

Death of the nation

Ilyria died in 22.12.2019 by Miksa disbanding it. Ilyria is disbanded after it's leader was tired of leading a nation. Then after nation death Miksa with agreement with Vetous,Flashy10 and Magos_Aspace merged Ilyrian land into the Vailan,and Miksa became Vailish.

Politics

Ilyria is often considered a wildcard in politics due to its frequent changes of mind and unpredictable nature. It does, however, have good relations with most states, and a number of alliances willing to support it, including Goomlandia, the Sylvian Union, Yugoslavia and the Grove Tribe (which has retained their alliance from Ilyria's mesa days).

Ilyria is generally a peaceful nation with no interest in offensive wars, but is known to sometimes react rashly and harshly to (perceived) violations or slights on its honour, sovereignity or assets. It is ruled by MiksaSerbia, the founder.

Glavnaya annexation

Glavnaya is the capital of once great nation Vanskovich, after Vanskovich fall the Gimnkrasni took Glavnaya. After Fiannian raid on Gimnkrasni, Fianna occupied Glavnaya and after some time gave it to the Ilyria for free.

Culture

The Ilyrians are a proud and independent people, who take great pride in their building achievements and their country in general. They are known as skilled archers and warriors. Their particular dialect of Overworld Common has a number of distinct features, including the substitution of "z" for "s" and "o" for "i", as well as the prominent use of "bre", a vocative particle and title of friendly or fraternal affection.

Capital of Ilyria is founded right after the migration. It's capital is on old vansk land, when capital was founded there was old abandoned goom landian embassy in once vansk lands. Today Ilyrian city it's own building style a combination of Orcish and Ilyrian. Also city have one big snake statue representing Ilyrian national animal and it's might.
