==Overview==
At the start of the Barren Period of the First Era, the Taco Bell Conference was held at an IRL Taco Bell to distribute the [[South Sea Coalition|South Sea Coalition's]] land between [[Montrose]], [[HUM]], and [[Rhett]]. Rhett was give all the [[Water Boys|Water Boys']] land while Montrose and HUM split the [[Dark Forest Investment Co.|Dark Forest Investment Co.'s]] land between themselves. Finally, Icedale Proper was not distributed among the three nations at this time.
