On 12 April, 2019, Abstacious joined the Elgeis Minecraft Server from an invite from his friend argetlam04 (then MHJ04). Like many others, he wanted to be in the same nation as the person who invited him, so became a citizen of Montrose under the Sylvian Union. Abstacious, along with the recently-returned BiteZaDusto4901, unknowingly settled in old RnanG land, actually part of the Sylvian Union Federal Province. FlyingGMM, Header of Montrose, took this as an opportunity to purchase said land from the Federal Province, thus placing them both in Montrosian territory. Two days later, Abstacious invited his own friend, ClaimingBand, to the server, and he too settled in the newly-acquired land.
Abstacious began construction of a large underwater glass dome that would become his house. According the surrounding lore, Abstacious' pet wolf, "Ander", sacrificed itself to provide protection to Abstacious and the glass dome. Thus, the dome acquired the name "Andervale".
Following the ban of dinoking98, the tower that once housed his corporation stood contested in the waters between HUM and Goomnest. Prominent Sylvians expressed desire for the tower to be taken down, as it had been claimed by Goomnest. It would be Abstacious who would singlehandedly dismantle the quartz tower himself on 21 April. GoatWhisperer, then Consul of the Sylvian Union, created the title "Hero of the Union" to laud Abstacious for his work. A monument made of the same quartz from the DEInc tower would also be erected in the Federal Province in dedication to Abstacious.
Having already made a name for himself, Abstacious began seeking a more active role in Montrose and Sylvia. He entered and won the election for Montrosian delegate to the Sylvian Union. FlyingGMM appointed him Trankmeister, master of potions, on 28 April. And Abstacious even became one of the four "Besties" of Toe Gang on 18 May for letting them out of the floor of Gabeford, replacing goomyman77.

Abstacious, after [[BadhorsieJake]] entered the End against the will of [[Kingdom of Vailan|Vailan]] on July 16, joined Sylvian and Vailandic leaders attempting to capture the fugitive, and was present when BadhorsieJake was escorted away by the leaders of Vailan and [[Stradova]]. Both him and FlyingGMM were not permitted to be present during BadhorsieJake's trial, but they both pillared up using scaffolding anyway and could see the trial occurring from afar.{{T/piece}}▼
Abstacious invited TToad to the server on 29 May and Ob2 on 20 June. The latter would go on to form Botania, and Abstacious would be a major proponent of the Sylvian Union's alliance with the small nation.

On July 17, Abstacious attempted to excuse FlyingGMM of giving BadhorsieJake, a known fugitive at the time, some flint and steel, but could not stop FlyingGMM from bestowing upon him the title of Header of Montrose. Abstacious fought and died twice in the Al A'deaq Crusade while attempting to perform his duties as Trankmeister, and was responsible for fixing all the damage done by Flashy10.

Abstacious then carried out his duties as Header for 1 week before happily returning the title back to FlyingGMM.
Following the impacts of the [[Al A'Deaq]] Crusade, Abstacious began doing minor work within Montrose and developed many plans and ideas, many of which would never see the light of day. Vetous even attempted to cleanse of heathenism during an unsuccessful ritual. On July 27, however, Abstacious left on vacation for a week. He did not even have access the Discord Servers, and when he came back, he was shocked at the political turmoil which had brewed while he was away.

On August 13, FlyingGMM declared [[Epic Montrose Time]], "in which all things Montrosian will be done—epicly". Abstacious was appointed as Quartiermeister for Montrose, and began working on automatic farms for the Montrosian Industrial District. It was around this time, however, that Abstacious began going willfully inactive for the first time since he joined the server due to general boredom with the server and IRL events.
When he returned, Abstacious helped [[goomyman77]] trap [[turtle2dj]] and published his very first book, ''How to Run Your Country: A Satire''.
On September 15, after argetlam04 was recalled from the position, Abstacious was voted in as the 4th Consul of the Sylvian Union. Under his rule, Sylvia found and claimed the 2nd End Portal and adopted Mommy Sylvia as the nation's mascot. Abstacious participated in policing the Zoning Violation Bridge Protest, although there was little to be done there.
