Richard was a minor state located in the mesa, between Goomlandia and the Grove Tribe. It only had one inhabitant, Carpo_Diem, and was at times relatively inactive due to this, but was known for building fancy and magnificent mob farms and other structures when not in hiatus.
The state eventually merged with Bagelonia to form Mesadonia. When Mesadonia reformed into Mesadonia2 and left its former areas behind, the region of Richard was inherited by Goomlandia.
