0kej is a Wohlstandic politician and Ljeni, currently serving as Meistari of Coin of Wohlstand. The founder of Wohlstand and a key figure in its history, 0kej has previously served in numerous positions throughout the Wohlstandic government, including as Wohlk, Drottinn of the Járn Saari's, Ljeni of Cjenei, and now as Meistari of Coin and Ljeni of Snjohald. 0kej is credited with leading his country intact through many challenges, including possibly the most chaotic era in the history of the Balkans, the Balkan Troubles.
