Overview
NLC or New Luca City was nation who got independent from the LucaGrad, leader of the nation was guptacakeman who was one time in LucaGrad then decided to get his own independent part of it. NLC was one man nation who had half part of the LucaGrad, one time it was the vassal state of Vailan.
History
LucaGrad was created by guptacakeman taking half of LucaGrad due Gupta's Dissatisfaction in current nation. Gupta made a vote for the secession and secession did go well. After that NLC is created and Gupta started building his city.
After some time player MiksaSerbia joined the server and created nation called Ilyria who settled east of NLC. Ilyria settled in territory wanted by NLC and after that NLC offered Ilyria payment for that territory but Ilyria refused and then NLC declared war on Ilyria. Hours passed after guptacakeman gave up and made peace with Ilyria, after some days NLC merged into LucaGrad again.
